    PLANNED MAINTENANCE:

    Two maintenance calls each year- one each heating and cooling season which will be scheduled and confirmed by Air Maze Services.

    Air Advice: An IAQ test performed annually at no charge.

     

    Our cooling Tune-up includes the following work performed:

    • Check thermostat calibration
    • Monitor refrigerant pressure
    • Test starting capabilities
    • Test safety controls
    • Clean and/or replace standard air filter
    • Clean and adjust blower components
    • Measure for correct air flow
    • Clean condenser coil
    • Waxing the outdoor unit
    • Clean evaporator coil
    • Monitoring contractor function
    • MEG check compressor
    • Tighten electrical connections
    • Measure volts and amps
    • Lubricate all moving parts
    • Clean condensate drains and lines
    • Measure temperature difference between supply and return air

     

    Our heating Tune-up includes the following work performed:

    • Check thermostat calibration
    • Clean and adjust burner assembly
    • Clean ignition assembly
    • Test starting capabilities
    • Examine heat exchanger for damage and corrosion
    • Clean and monitor flue draft diverter
    • Test safety controls
    • Clean and/or replace standard air filters
    • Clean and adjust blower components
    • Measure for correct air flow
    • Tighten electrical connections.
    • Measure volts and amps.
    • Lubricate all moving parts.
    • Clean condensate drains.
    • Measure temperature difference between supply and return air.
    • Adjust fuel pressure.
    • Adjust pilot.
    • Monitor heating cycle.

     

    Priority Emergency Service: Should you have a breakdown, our own dispatched service technicians will respond to your call as a priority service call. We service our Preferred Service Policy customers first.

    Labor for the Life of the Policy: There is no charge for any labor to repair the unit or replace parts.

    Replacement or Repair of Parts: At least 24 different parts and controls will be replaced or repaired if needed.

    *The compressor, heat exchanger, coils or electric heat elements will be replaced at no charge ONLY when covered by manufacturer’s warranty. If repair falls out of warranty period; there will be a charge. Occasional circuit breaker tripping caused by fluctuation of power supply cannot be covered by this policy.
